Expert speakers from Asia and the US will lead this interactive discussion on topical issues in construction arbitration.

The panel will draw from their real experiences and perspectives to address a range of issues including complexities of such transactions, implications of cost and time, use of institutional arbitration, appropriate relief including emergency arbitrations, enforcement, and more. This live discussion will also cover topics relating to problems and potential solutions arising from sub-contracts, multiparty arbitrations, court ordered consolidations, trans-border issues, and the effect of the pandemic. Specific issues arising from construction contracts and disputes in the Asian region will also be discussed.
