Ievgen Bidnyi is a senior associate in Baker McKenzie's Kyiv office, whose main areas of practice are representation of clients in arbitration and commercial litigation, recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign court judgments, legal support during enforcement of national court decisions. Ievgen is a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association and the Ukrainian Arbitration Association.
