Arbitration Ethics: Sticky Wicket Issues Addressed by Arbitrators and Counsel

A panel of distinguished arbitrators and practitioners will discuss ethical issues presented by med/arb and arb/med and problematic behavior during the arbitration process, as well as other ethical issues that may arise during an arbitration. The panelists will share their approaches to identifying and dealing with these issues.
