The panel will discuss issues in complex claims for infrastructure projects, under both investment treaties and contracts, against the backdrop of arbitral jurisprudence and regulatory change in the Americas. The focus will be on liability and damages in evolving disputes. The discussion will be enriched by panel perspectives from both counsel and experts on damages.
The discussions will look at the role of the relevant actors in this field, notably tribunals, arbitral institutions, associations of arbitrators and the judiciary and who is best placed to deal with various aspects of AI use.
In addition to sessions with discussions and presentations there will be a space where the arbitral institutions present themselves and provide information.
