Since being in practice, Jennifer has been involved in a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes. Her experience includes assistance as counsel as well as secretarial work for an arbitrator. Practice focus International Arbitration, Dispute Resolution Representative clients, cases or matters Jennifer has been involved in the following notable matters:

  • Represented a power generation company against a government authority in ICC proceedings.
  • Represented a major multi-national company in the cosmetics industry in an expedited SIAC arbitration against its ex-distributor and subsequently in court proceedings challenging the jurisdiction of the arbitral tribunal resisting the setting aside of an award.
  • Represented a multi-national company in the filtration industry in an expedited SIAC arbitration against its ex-distributor, which was successfully settled amicably.
  • Represented a South African company vendor in an ICC arbitration involving the sale and purchase of scrap metal.
  • Represented a major international telecommunications company in an SIAC arbitration involving the sale and purchase of telecommunications systems.
  • Represented an investor in a SIAC arbitration involving the sale and purchase of the rights to an island
  • Represented an American company and its Singapore subsidiary in an ICC arbitration involving a dispute over a Supply Agreement.
  • Represented a German company in enforcement of debt court proceedings.
  • Assisted an arbitrator in a major ICSID arbitration involving a provincial government over certain mining resources. Issues concerned the standing of investors and provinces to bring claims.
