Arbitration Lunch Break: Baker McKenzie series of virtual seminars on arbitration

In November, Baker McKenzie has launched a series of virtual seminars on arbitration: Arbitration Lunch Break. In the seminars, our lawyers and guests discuss the practical aspects of each step of arbitration proceedings, from the drafting of an arbitration agreement to the enforcement of an arbitral award.

If you joined our first session in November 2023, we are confident that you already apply our tips and tricks and you are now spending less time drafting arbitration clauses.

In the second episode, our Baker McKenzie hosts Fabienne Bretscher and Markus Schwaiger will discuss the selection of arbitrators with our guest speakers Lukas Innerebner, Legal Counsel at the Swiss Arbitration Centre, and Filip Boras, Partner at Baker McKenzie Vienna.

Maria von Rundstedt is an associate in the Dispute Resolution practice group in Germany. Maria advices and represents clients on complex international arbitration matters. She has experience with arbitration proceedings under the Rules of major arbitral institutions, including the ICC, DIS, HKIAC, CAM-CCBC.
