Please join us for a discussion on The Future of Diversity in Arbitration. Her Honour Judge Elizabeth Brimer QC will discuss innovations in court (including referral out) and arbitral procedures and diversity initiatives. Jamie Stollery, Vice President Disputes and Regulatory, Legal at BHP will speak on how BHP addresses diversity and inclusion, from an in-house perspective. Bronwyn Lincoln, Partner at Thomson Geer, will share her observations on progress made to diversify arbitral panels (from both a counsel and arbitrator perspective). Donna Ross, Principal of Donna Ross Dispute Resolution will moderate the session, which will be in the form of Q&A. Erika Williams of Williams Arbitration will provide introductory comments on ArbitralWomen and the panel.
