This program will focus on educating non-business litigators, including corporate and transactional, trust and estate, and other attorneys who concentrate in nonlitigation areas about the important aspects of the litigation process. This program may also be helpful to junior attorneys who are just starting their careers in business litigation. The program will cover the business litigation process, starting with pre-litigation negotiations, moving on to mediation and arbitration, filing summons and complaints, discovery, motions, and trial. Three experienced business litigators will participate in a panel discussion about best practices.
