This event will focus on emerging disputes in Indonesia and Australia concerning energy (both traditional and renewable), natural resources, and the environment. Special attention will be given to claims arising from the energy transition, carbon offset credits, carbon capture & storage, and climate change. The session will conclude with a brief examination of the carbon footprint associated with the practice of arbitration and strategies for its reduction.
