The ICC Court of Arbitration and ICC Cuba are hosting a conference in La Habana, aimed to discuss topics regarding evidence in international arbitration. Also, it will feature members of the ICC Court and its Secretariat who will explain the amendments to the ICC Rules of Arbitration, as well as other ICC policies to foster transparency in arbitration.
