This event will comprise six, open discussion sessions debating the ‘pros and cons’ of the various dispute resolution methods utilised in the Irish construction industry today. Keynote speaker, Bernard Gogarty FCIArb, will open the conference. Mr Gogarty is a Partner at Smyth & Son and Chair of the Ministerial Panel of Adjudicators.
