Recent years have seen a considerable change in the way of practicing in the field, with many lawyers deciding to launch their solo practice be it to act as counsel and arbitrators or to focus exclusively on their arbitrator’s work. Why such a trend? We will exchange on the benefits and challenges of being solos, share tips and observe whether this new tendency is destinated to continue growing.
