“Can AI be simultaneously transformative, yet intrinsically flawed? If it works some of the time, will it work all of the time? This seminar gathers leading voices in arbitration and technology to take a critical look at use of AI in arbitration and dispute resolution more broadly. The panel will suggest how parties, counsel and tribunals should evaluate new offerings, and explore the implications of wider technology adoption for future process and practice, and how hype might influence client expectations and other stakeholders.”
