Paris Arbitration Week

The Association for Innovative Practices in Arbitration (AIPA) brings together users and practitioners of arbitration in a global forum dedicated to the development and improvement of international arbitration. AIPA is comprised of experienced users and practitioners discussing how to improve the treatment of technical issues in arbitration. It led to the publication of the Rules on Technical Assistance in International Arbitration, on June 2022. The group expanded overtime and decided to continue working on topics of interest, with a specific focus on concerns raised by users and practitioners, and innovations needed to address those concerns, so that arbitration remains the preferred dispute resolution mechanism internationally.
