The first panel on Dispute Prevention will focus on tools and processes that stakeholders from various industries can incorporate in their project and transaction planning to address conflict and avoid escalation to dispute: Dispute Prevention: Lessons From the Industries. The second panel will elicit user feedback to target best practices in the two leading mechanisms of Dispute Resolution: ADR Through the Eyes of Users – What Works and What Doesn’t. Finally, the third panel will explore potential use of collaborative law processes in family law, corporate law, and employment law: Breaking Up is Hard to Do: Potential Uses of Collaborative Law in Family, Corporate and Employment Situations.
