Chaired by The Hon Justice Tony Pagone, the event will commence with  CIArb Australia President, Caroline Kenny QC delivering welcome remarks before  a distinguished panel will discuss various topics on  Jurisdictional challenges in international commercial arbitration.  This will be followed by a Q & A session chaired by Justice Pagone. Drinks and canapés will be served at the conclusion of proceedings (in Melbourne only).
