This ICC YAF Conference organized with the institutional support of ICC Dominican Republic, the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Santo Domingo and the Centre of Alternative Dispute Resolution will include discussions related to disputes in the tourism sector the validity of the arbitration agreement in such contracts, and a case study, among others.
