These conferences address the most important and topical issues in the field of arbitration (and ADR) in a unique format. There are no set speakers or speeches. Rather, delegates submit topics for discussion in advance of the conference. These topics are then grouped into themes and allocated to the working sessions, at which delegates are asked to introduce their topic, which is then open for debate, under the expert chairmanship of renowned practitioners in the field.
