This conference is organised by ICC India and the ICC International Court of Arbitration in association with the Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA). The conference will have two panel discussions on ‘Changes in the Arbitration Act and ICC Institutional Arbitration’ and ‘Domestic practices in Arbitration – “The Good, the bad and the ugly”?’.
