This conference will focus on Procedure in International Arbitration, showing the differences in perspectives and expectations of parties and counsel coming from different backgrounds. Solutions that are available in the ICC Rules (mentioning emergency, expedited procedures), IBA Rules and Prague Rules will be presented.
