This conference organized by ICC India and the ICC International Court of Arbitration will provide an active platform for participants to express their views and engage in interactive debates about key issues in domestic and international arbitration. There will be a special focus on Indian practice and experiences under the ICC Arbitration Rules; the Expedited Procedure and the Court’s policy decisions on transparency.

Steve Adams is a Knowledge Lawyer at Baker & McKenzie, based in Global Services Belfast.
